1/7 Little Egret Scalby Lodge Pond at 04.30 am. Also Little Gull, two Gadwall, Green Sandpiper there. Whimbrel Jackson's Bay.
2/7 Green Sandpiper and Ringed Plover Scalby Lodge Pond, Honey Buzzard and 40 Crossbills Wykeham Forest.


4/7 Three Common Sandpipers and four LRP Wykeham Lakes. Three Med Gulls (2 ads plus a second-summer) South Bay
5/7 Whimbrel, Redshank and 39 Curlew at Scalby Lodge Pond
6/7 Seawatching at Long Nab/Marine Drive (6 1/2 hours); Pomarine Skua, 3 Arctic Skuas, 85 Manx Shearwaters, Red t Diver, ad Med Gull, 2 Little Gulls, 2 Bar-tailed Godwits, 12 Whimbrel, 26 Curlew, 9 Knot, 2 Sanderling, 38 Redshank, 5 Dunlin, 120 Sandwich Terns, 25 Common Scoter, 2,470 Swifts south. Two Greenshank Scalby Lodge Pond. Hobby over Scalby Road
7/7 Southerly passage at Long Nab (09.00-12.30); Hobby, Short-eared Owl and 1500+ Swifts, and sea movement of 81 Manx Shearwaters, 4 Arctic Skuas, Bonxie, 31 Common Scoter, 19 Redshank and 6 Common Terns. A Whimbrel in the "show field" by Scalby Lodge Pond.
9/7 Two Whimbrel with 16 Curlews in the "show field" by Scalby Lodge.
10/7 Four Whimbrel in the "show field" at Scalby Lodge.   Four adult Med Gulls in south Bay.
12/7 Seawatching at Long Nab (06.10-09.10); Red t Diver, 23 Manx Shearwaters, 2 Tufted Ducks, 4 Arctic Terns, 14 Common Terns, Bonxie, 3 Arctic Skuas, 241+ Puffins.Two Dunlin Scalby Lodge Pond. Three Honey Buzzards from Wykeham Raptor Viwpoint.
13/7 Bonxie and Bar-tailed Godwit past Marine Drive in eve. Whimbrel, Whinchat and two Little Owls Scalby Lodge Pond.  Male Honey Buzzard over Wykeham Raptor Viewpoint.
14/7 Osprey drifted north over Wykeham Raptor Viewpoint early evening, also one Honey Buzzard and Turtle Dove mid afternoon. Turtle Dove, two Green Woodpeckers, and Wheatear Langdale End in evening.
15/7 Honey Buzzard from Wykeham Raptor Viewpoint this afternoon plus Goshawk and Turtle Dove. Osprey over Wykeham.

20/7 Seawatch at Long Nab (05.55-10.30); Sooty Shearwater, 26 Manx Shearwaters, Bonxie, 3 Arctic Skuas, 9 Arctic Terns, 10 Common Terns, 30 Sandwich Terns,Whimbrel, 177 Puffins. Two Whimbrel Stoupe Beck, Robin Hood
21/7 Seawatching at Long Nab (06.00-10.15) and Marine Drive (18.00-19.00) ; Three Sooty Shearwaters, "Blue" Fulmar, 86 Manx, 4 Eider, R b Merganser, 2 Bonxies, 8 Arctic Skuas, 400 Arctic Terns, 20 Common Terns, 4 Bar-tailed Godwits, 2 Knot, 4 Dunlins, Whimbrel plus White-beaked Dolphin.
Wykeham Forest; 3 Honey Buzzards, 7 Goshawk, Hobby, Peregrine, 2 Turtle Doves, 40 Crossbills.
